8:00 PM – Lord’s Prayer Zoom Call
Daily readings through July 27, 2024
ALL Christians are invited to join the members of Messiah’s Congregation for prayer EACH evening (365) at 8pm. Here’s how:
1. Click this ZOOM LINK between 7:55 and 7:59pm to place yourself in the Zoom-room. You may remain anonymous and/or unseen, though we encourage you to make maximum use of this technology placed in service to the King.
2. Messiah’s officers take turns leading the meetings, which begin with the scheduled Scripture reading. Then the leader prays representatively on behalf of those digitally gathered.
3. Each meeting concludes with all participants reciting/praying the Lord’s Prayer (you may choose to continue on “mute” so that only the Lord will hear you), using the following version:
OUR FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN,
HALLOWED BE THY NAME.
THY KINGDOM COME,
THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH
AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD;
AND FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS AS WE FORGIVE OUR DEBTORS;
AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION, BUT DELIVER US FROM EVIL;FOR THINE IS THE KINGDOM AND THE POWER AND THE GLORY FOREVER.
AMEN.
